Just Take Care of Eyes: Easy Tips to Follow



Eyes are said to be the mirrors of your soul. But they are also the first one show signs of stress and fatigue. Long working hours, setting in front of computer or TV and unhealthy living all seems to take a heavy stroll on eyes. Watering eyes are a common problem mainly because of the increase pollution levels, smoke and dirt. The best remedy is to wash your eyes often with plenty of cold water; putting eye tone and rose water may also help. Lack of sleep, allergies and odd timings of being awake may lead to the problem of dark circles under the eyes. Smoking heavily and drinking too may be a cause. To avoid this, take adequate sleep and drink plenty of water. Apply under eye gel or aloevera cream, almond oil before going to sleep. This too reduces dark circles to a considerable extent.

Always wear sunglasses while going out in the sun. Maintain a healthy regime and take proper 15 minutes break from your work to relax your eyes. Close eyelids for few minutes, this will cool your eyes a lot.
